From Roanoke Sound Channel marker #30A turn to the West-Southwest between Manteo Channel entrance markers Red 4 can and Green #3. STAY hard to green side (port). Anchoring in Shallowbag Bay, Doughs Creek, and Scarboro Creek is restricted to 10 days in any 30 day period.

The marina is located in a tranquil village less than a mile from Roanoke Sound. The Marina offers excellent protection from the weather for vessels up to 100 feet. Quaint tree-lined streets with many specialty retail shops located right on the waterfront. Manteo is the principal town on Roanoke Island, the place where in 1587 Sir Walter Raleigh established the first English colony in the New World.

The great location of the marina makes for very easy access to the Roanoke Sound, Intracoastal Waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean. It is a small but deep and well-protected harbor, accommodating vessels up to 80 feet in length. The marina has only 53 slips available, making it perfect for that extra personal customer service. There are approximately 20 transient slips and 33 slips dedicated to seasonal and annual boaters.
