| Noteworthy: | Tie up at 1000' floating dock west of bridge (usually full) or at 600' concrete wall east of bridge (48-hour max.). Floating dock has electric (for fee), water, showers (with deposit), and Wi-Fi. Concrete wall does not have electric or water. Farmers' Market (seasonal) held every Sunday morning. Walk 0.25 mile west along canal to visit display at Lock 2. For groceries and other shopping, walk 3 blocks north to Rte. 4 and turn east. Cross the Hudson River. (Note that Hannaford Food Store no longer permits boaters to take shopping carts back to Visitor Center.) |
