DE: Delaware River - Delaware River Main Channel, Survey Operations

The R/V Hugh G. Sharp will be conducting survey operations to recover mooring frames in the Delaware River Main Channel and Delaware Bay. The project is scheduled from April 22, 2026, through May 17, 2026, with primary recovery operations occurring on or about May 13, 2026, through May 15, 2026.
Operations will take place at two sites: one located 0.5 NM south of the Commodore Barry Bridge on the NJ side, and the second located 0.6 NM south of the Delaware Memorial Bridge on the DE side. Work will include multibeam sonar transects, small-boat diving, and bottom dragging during daylight hours on the 13th and 14th, though some sonar transects may occur at night.
