Had similar experiences as previously described. Called to make a reservation and the woman that answered couldn't really answer any question and just said okay and hung up. There was only one slip for transients, which is also their fuel dock and it is right on the river, so you're definitely exposed to wakes. They had one pedestal with 30 and 50 amp but there was a boat that took the 50 along with the 50 on his pedestal, so only 30 available. The place is definitely in disrepair and the dock was missing planks and rotten. No pump out facilities. Price was $2.50 a foot. Wouldn't recommend stopping there.

Oswaldo fixed our boat so quickly, and he was so kind and knowledgeable! He even took us to a restaurant to wait for the lock to reopen, and then even drove us home when lock did not reopen. Thank you!

Person answering phone has no idea what is going on older woman with limited English said he (dockmaster?) will put you in slip when you get here. Website link doesn't work. I cannot confirm $1.75 / ft or the switch and bate price of $5.50 / ft. in other review.

Under new ownership but advertises under the old name of Calusa Jacks. Lists fuel prices and dock rates in Waterway Guide but charges different upon arrival. Made reservations two weeks in advance and despite 6 different communications, never disclosed a dockage rate of $5.20 per foot. Advertises as $1.75 pf. Dockmaster offered a refund and asked to leave….at 6 pm and without any other reservations or slip availability before nightfall, was disingenuous at best. Was told owner’s philosophy about rates was “if customers don’t like it, they can go elsewhere”. Need to accommodate owner’s request…. GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT STOP HERE.

The owners were great! They were helpful with all of our questions about crossing the OWW. The bathrooms and showers were ok.
