Clean facilities. The docks have water even though the listing doesn't mention it.
Restrooms and showers are super nice and clean. Met many friendly people that treated us like family. We stayed for two nights, and wish we could have stayed longer. Belita went out of her way to make us feel as part of the dock family. She and her husband are loopers and understand traveling accommodations and what is needed on a rest stop on a long journey. Walmart and Lowe's is within a mile or so. Highly recommended a stay if you are traveling through the area.

We were able to stay there for a weekend. One of the best decisions I have made. The staff were incredible. Very helpful and knowledgeable about boating and the area. We made many friends there with other boaters and with the staff.
The restrooms and showers were clean. Diesel, gasoline, and pump out are available. Water, WiFi and 30amp or 50amp power available . It's a short walk to a parts store and convenience store and an ICE CREAM shop!!!!!!! Many restaurants near by as well. One boater offered to loan me his personal vehicle to run errands. We had a great time there and would definitely go back if I was ever near Albany again. I can't explain how courteous the staff was to us at this marina.

This a nice and quiet place during the winter months and during the week. A lot of boaters around on the weekends during the summer. Everyone is nice and friendly. The owners of Beaverdam are super nice. I love these people. I've gotten to know their family well.
The pump out is piped in directly to each dock, so you don't have to move your boat from your slip when the dirty deed has to be done. They come to your slip and pump out your boat. Beaverdam offers shore power, Wi-Fi, bathhouses, water hookups, and the property is very well maintained and kept cleaned. Each dock has security cameras as well as locked gates entering the docks.
The ship store is open daily from 10am to 6pm. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed due to lack of help. But when they are open, the food is out of this world. And the best sweet tea around!!!!
I rated them 4 stars because of the restaurant being closed. But it is understandable. Maybe I should have gave them a 5!!!!View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
